Men Can Stop Rape (MCSR) and the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants has re-launched the ASK DC personal security phone app and "Take the ASK DC Pledge" social media campaign. Recent research shows that whether it is on campus, at work, during leisure or at home, 1 in 4 women between the ages of 18 -35 are victims of sexual assault here in the nation's capital.
