Join The Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project (A/PI DVRP) and Desis for Progress for a community panel funded by the Mayor's Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs around LGBTQ inclusion, and what creating "safe spaces" means in 2019:How do we take the idea of creating safe spaces and make it inclusive of intersecting aspects of A/PI and LGBTQ, so that we are representative of people in their multitude of expressions and identities? This event is open to the public, close to the U Street Metro Station and will feature a panel of 5 guests.
